Hey friends, how are you ? .... Hope your online classe are going on .....well mine are going on in full swing. All day I am busy with my studies. Well now I am in 7th grade and so I need to study hard.Fortunately ,my grade 6th annual exam got over in February i.e. before lockdown and in March new session also started so I had already got most of my text books and notebooks unlike many other children who couldn't get the books and notebooks because of lockdown .And the books which I didn't have are easily available online. So there's no brake on studies.
However,my evening time is free and at times I feel bored. When there was no lockdown some time I played with my friends or went for shopping but in this lockdown time we can't go outside so for spending time indoors I draw, paint or sometimes even bake with my mother.
Recently I baked whole wheat flour cookies .They are not only yummy😋 but also healthy as no refined flour has been used in them. My mom tries to make healthy food by replacing refined flour with whole wheat flour and choosing baking over frying.Infact she even made yummy whole wheat flour baked samosas the other day!And believe me they were so yummy just like your regular fried samosas but way healthier.
So taking inspiration from her I too thought of making my cookies healthy by replacing refined flour with whole wheat flour. Here I am sharing its recipe
